Due to its perishable nature, we can’t accept returns on coffee. However, we really want you to be happy with your experience with us. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within one week of receiving your coffee.
Any unworn apparel may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

In order to be eligible for a return, any returned gear & apparel items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
